Your Role as Maintenance Manager The Station Department works within the voltage range of 0.4–400 kV and is responsible for maintenance, projects, and troubleshooting in substations, control facilities, and other electrical power equipment. As Maintenance Manager, you will have an important role in both driving smaller projects and renovations, as well as planning and coordinating maintenance and service in our own facilities. We are looking for you who are motivated by creating the best conditions for technicians and engineers in the field, and for the operation as a whole. The role involves strong focus on safety, quality, progress, and commitment. Safety is the guiding star in everything we do; in a high-risk environment, we look after each other and create security together. Examples of Work Tasks Plan, prioritize, and follow up maintenance measures based on technical and economic conditions. Lead and distribute work in the field and ensure that assignments are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable requirements. Analyze technical documents such as protocols, inspections, and facility data, and initiate appropriate measures. Ensure quality and safety through field inspections, safety walks, and monitoring of occupational health and safety routines. Collaborate closely with operations control, technicians, contractors, and internal functions to optimize planning and progress. Take the role of Bas-P and appoint Bas-U during construction and installation work and, when needed, establish a work environment plan. Work according to the company's self-inspection program for electrical installations and ensure appropriate expertise and roles in the assignment. Appoint electrical safety managers and determine method selection according to ESA together with them. Contribute to technical development by participating in various improvement and development projects. Work is conducted largely from the office, but an important part of the assignment is being present at our facilities and caring for them through long-term, high-quality, and careful maintenance. Day trips are therefore a natural part of the role. Requirements Specification As Maintenance Manager within our own maintenance operations, you are the technician group's most important support in daily work in the electricity grid. Leadership is a central part of the role, so we are looking for you who have a coaching, solution-oriented, and communicative working style. The role involves taking responsibility for planning, prioritizing, and implementing maintenance work in our electricity grid, and you always have safety as the highest priority. You drive the work forward in an organized and committed way, with focus on high delivery quality and good service to colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders. Upper secondary education or higher, preferably within electricity, electrical power, technology, or another relevant field Work experience within electricity distribution or another related work area Good computer skills, including the Office package Class B driver's license Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious for the position is experience in project or service management within station maintenance. Also experience working in case management systems or in the business system SAP.
