About the Position To match current and future maintenance needs, we are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for one of Ragn-Sells' larger facilities, Heljestorp. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be a support function for the production sections at Heljestorp. You will also support Ragn-Sells section/department managers and employees with maintenance matters. You will be part of Ragn-Sells' management group, which is a network for all Superusers concerning their shared maintenance system, MaintMaster. Your main responsibilities will be: Ensure efficient use of MaintMaster Comply with management system requirements regarding maintenance procedures for equipment. Ensure control and maintenance of new and existing equipment. Support managers throughout the procurement process and set requirements for suppliers. Support managers with improvement measures at our facilities. Create maintenance procedures and documentation for existing and new equipment. Review and improve maintenance procedures, maintenance plans, and documentation when operations or legal requirements change. Ensure efficient working methods in MaintMaster and work with system customizations, training, monitoring, and implementation. Work with work permits, operating permits, risk analyses, and other documentation required to perform maintenance work. Employment Type The position begins as a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant at Ragn-Sells. For the right person, there are good opportunities to transition to a direct employment at Ragn-Sells after the consulting period. The position is full-time with working hours during office hours. Start is immediately or by agreement. We would like you to have a few years of work experience from the recycling industry or other industrial operations. You have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have a category B driving license. To thrive in this role, you should be organized, have good communication skills, and work well in collaboration both externally and internally. You are curious, self-driven, and unpretentious with a good sense of service. You enjoy sharing knowledge and participate in the implementation of new working methods and techniques.
