About the role As a Maintenance Engineer/Asset Manager, you have a key role in developing and optimizing the management of the facility's technical assets. You work strategically to ensure high operational reliability, well-founded maintenance decisions, and long-term value creation. The role combines technology, analysis, and business acumen. Together with the client's specialists and Coor's operations, you develop maintenance strategies, analyze risks, and prepare decision-making materials that contribute to the facility's future development. You drive improvement initiatives, challenge existing working methods, and contribute to the development of Asset Management work within Coor. Responsibilities Develop long-term maintenance plans to ensure the facilities' function, operational reliability, and lifespan. Perform condition assessments, criticality and lifecycle analyses Prepare decision-making materials and recommendations for maintenance measures and technical improvements Ensure quality in facility data and maintenance information Monitor key metrics and identify improvement opportunities Provide technical support to operations and maintenance organizations Collaborate with the client's engineers and technical specialists Who are you? We are looking for someone with experience in maintenance, facility management, or Asset Management in a technically complex operation. You are driven by analyzing, developing, and improving while having the ability to translate technical insights into long-term and business-oriented decisions. As a person, you are structured, analytical, and self-motivated. You build trust through collaboration with others and thrive in a role with many contact points where you can combine specialist expertise with business development.
