About the Position As a maintenance engineer at Qestio, you'll work to develop and optimize industrial maintenance operations. The role is broad and varied, involving leading and participating in projects aimed at strengthening our customers' operational reliability, productivity, and profitability. Your tasks vary between different assignments and may include: Leading development and improvement projects. Conducting feasibility studies and analyses. Developing technical solutions and decision-making materials. Developing customers' maintenance and productivity approaches. Conducting training and supporting customer organizations. Contributing to quote work and the development of Qestio's services. The position is based in Borlänge, and we are primarily looking for someone who lives within commuting distance. Your Profile We're looking for someone with several years of experience in maintenance, production, or technical improvement work in the industrial sector. You likely have an engineering degree or equivalent work experience. You feel confident with maintenance methodologies, production development, and operational reliability, and ideally have experience with maintenance systems such as SAP, IFS, Maximo, or similar. As a person, you are curious and solution-oriented. You enjoy taking responsibility, building trust, and creating long-term relationships. You appreciate working closely with customers and are driven by finding solutions that make a real difference.
