At Södra Cell Värö, we are now looking for a Maintenance Engineer Electrical who wants to be part of developing the future of maintenance at one of Europe's most modern pulp mill facilities. Here you will have a key role where you work closely with operations, drive improvement initiatives, and contribute to creating a safe, efficient, and sustainable production. You will become an important partner to both management, the maintenance organization, and production, while having the opportunity to influence work methods, develop processes, and drive projects that make a real difference. What you will work with at Södra In this role, you will work closely with the maintenance manager, production, and other maintenance functions. You will become important support in daily operations and have a central role in planning, developing, and following up on preventive and planned maintenance within the electrical area. Your tasks will include: Plan, develop, and follow up maintenance plans within the electrical area. Coordinate maintenance efforts together with operations and maintenance organizations. Participate in budgeting and cost monitoring. Drive and participate in improvement work, development initiatives, and technical investigations. Manage supplier contacts, request for quotes, and orders for service and support services. Participate in project handovers, risk analyses, and investment planning. Lead smaller maintenance projects and participate in larger maintenance activities. Contribute to knowledge sharing within Södra and monitor developments in the field. Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, standards, and safety requirements. As a Maintenance Engineer Electrical, you will have a varied day where you combine technology, administration, and collaboration to create long-term improvements in operations. This is a permanent full-time position, based in Värö with day shifts. Who are we looking for? We are looking for you who have an engineering education at university level or equivalent competence gained through experience. You have solid experience in industrial maintenance or similar operations and feel comfortable working both operatively and strategically. To succeed in this role, you need to: Have experience in industrial maintenance. Be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English. Hold a B-category driver's license. It is a merit if you have electrical qualifications. As a person, you are structured, unpretentious, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a role where you can coordinate, support, and create conditions for others to succeed. You are flexible, have good collaboration skills, and enjoy combining technical work with administration and development matters. We also see that you have a genuine safety mindset.
