We are now looking for a Maintenance Engineer to a high-tech operation where analysis, system understanding, and collaboration are in focus. About the roleAs a Maintenance Engineer, you work with analyzing, planning, and developing maintenance solutions for complex products within the aerospace and defense industry. The role involves close collaboration with designers, test engineers, production, and technicians to ensure that systems can be maintained efficiently throughout their entire lifecycle. You will work with technical analyses, maintenance planning, and documentation while participating in the development of new methods and maintenance concepts. The role suits you if you want to combine structure and analysis with practical engineering work and if you appreciate working close to the operation. Your responsibilitiesConduct maintenance planning and technical maintenance analyses. Participate in analyses related to, for example, OIM and other technical investigations. Develop, create, and update technical documentation, maintenance manuals, and instructions. Collaborate with design, test, production, and other technical functions to develop effective maintenance solutions. Contribute to improvement work and development of methods within the maintenance area. Participate in technical investigations and contribute with system understanding in development projects. Ensure that maintenance solutions meet requirements for quality, operational reliability, and availability. We are looking for youWe believe that you are an engineer with experience from a technical role where you have worked with analysis, documentation, or complex technical systems. You enjoy taking on new technical challenges and have the ability to independently understand, analyze, and drive technical assignments forward. We welcome both those currently working as Maintenance Engineers or Production Technicians who want to develop within maintenance and technical analyses. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: Higher education in, for example, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent. Experience with technical analysis work, systems work, or technical documentation. Ability to independently take on technical assignments and translate analyses into practical solutions. Good system understanding and an interest in complex technical products. Experience with collaboration with design, test, production, or other technical functions. Good knowledge of Swedish and English. It is meritorious if you have experience with: Maintenance planning or maintenance analyses. Aerospace, defense, or other high-tech industry. OIM analyses, ILS, or similar methodologies. Electronics or work with complex technical systems. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. You enjoy taking responsibility, like to understand how complex systems work, and are motivated by combining technical analysis work with practical engineering. You appreciate close collaboration with other technical functions and want to be part of developing both products and methods.
