Your Next Challenge At Bollsta Sawmill, tradition and innovation meet in one of Europe's most efficient sawmill facilities. In recent years, SCA has invested approximately 750 million kronor in a new planing mill, innovative solutions, and the latest technology that contributes to high productivity while investments in new technology and digitalization create the opportunity to maximize the value of every tree. You will work to lead and develop maintenance operations with a focus on availability, safety, and long-term functionality. As Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the sawmill's management team. You have overall responsibility for the maintenance organization and are responsible for continuing to develop maintenance operations and the sawmill as a whole. Together with others in the management team, you work to create a safe, efficient, and predictable operation where people, technology, and processes work together for the best results. You lead the maintenance function with a focus on high availability, operational reliability, and continuous improvements. At the same time, you drive work to develop processes, working methods, and collaboration between maintenance and production to create conditions for a modern, sustainable, and increasingly autonomous industrial operation.
