Your Next Challenge SCA Wood in Rundvik is undergoing a transformation journey focused on efficiency and more stable and predictable operations. In this role, you will enter a situation where the focus is on creating clarity in working methods, developing cooperation with production, and contributing to stable and predictable operations in daily work. You will work on leading and developing maintenance work with a focus on availability, safety, and long-term functionality. As Maintenance Manager, you are part of the sawmill's management team and report to the Sawmill Manager. You have overall responsibility for the maintenance organization, including personnel, work environment, and budget, and work in close cooperation with production. Your main areas of responsibility are to: - Lead and develop preventive, planned, and corrective maintenance and ensure that working methods function in practice - Work proactively to prevent failures, reduce unplanned downtime, and ensure the right action at the right time - Create close cooperation with production regarding planning, prioritization, and execution of maintenance - Participate in daily and tactical meetings, drive root cause analyses, and follow up on improvement measures - Lead and develop the maintenance organization, ensure the right competence, and coordinate external resources - Be responsible for budget, cost monitoring, and analysis of downtime causes and availability - Contribute to technical improvements and investments and ensure structure in spare parts management and documentation - Ensure that work is conducted safely and in accordance with applicable requirements, including work environment and systematic fire safety work Who Are You?
