Your Role
As Maintenance Manager, you are responsible for maintenance and inventory functions at Boliden Bergsöe. You lead the team and are responsible for creating conditions for efficient and safe work.
The role is both strategic and operational – you plan and prioritize daily work while driving development of work methods, processes, and maintenance strategy. You are part of the production management team and report to the Production Manager.
Your Team
You lead a team of approximately ten employees working in both maintenance and inventory, with work conducted during daytime and in two shifts. Electrical work is performed by an external supplier, where you coordinate with them and are responsible for overall results. The work spans multiple areas such as process equipment, vehicles, facilities, and grounds, which means great variety in your daily work.
As Maintenance Manager, you also receive support from a Team Leader in operational work, while maintaining close collaboration with other functions in the operation and external suppliers.
Your Responsibilities
Lead, allocate, and follow up on daily work.
Prioritize incoming fault reports and planned maintenance.
Drive improvements and development of maintenance processes.
Participate in and lead maintenance and facilities projects.
Ensure good inventory management and collaboration with the inventory function.
Work actively with personnel, work environment, safety, and budget monitoring.
Collaborate with production and other functions internally as well as external suppliers.
Your Contribution

Requirements:
Complete upper secondary education.
Experience in industry and mechanical maintenance, with good understanding of mechanics, pumps, and welding.
Leadership experience.
Experience working with maintenance systems (preferably Idus).
Strong competence in process drawing reading and P&ID interpretation.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
B-category driving license.
It is meritorious if you have post-secondary education in a relevant field, experience with project management, and/or procurement.
