We at TopWork are now seeking a Maintenance Manager for an established industrial company in Malmö.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving systematic and preventive maintenance work. You will be a key person in the organization with the task of ensuring high availability in production, planning resources and creating structure in the maintenance organization.
You will lead a small team while also being involved in practical work when needed. The role suits you if you like taking responsibility, driving improvements and making things happen.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the company's systematic and preventive maintenance
Plan, prioritize and follow up on maintenance activities
Lead and coordinate a small maintenance team
Drive machine improvements and technical development projects
Plan and coordinate external service providers and contractors
Troubleshoot and support operations with technical problems and downtime
Ensure that maintenance plans are followed and developed over time
Contribute to increased operational reliability, efficiency and productivity
We are looking for you who
Have experience in maintenance work within manufacturing industry and are familiar with production environments where machines play a central role in the company's results.
We would like to see that you have worked in operations that process steel, sheet metal or other metal products.
You are a person who combines structure and planning ability with a practical approach. You are action-oriented, service-minded and have the ability to keep the big picture in focus even when many issues need to be handled simultaneously.
We see that you have:
Experience in maintenance work within industry
Experience with preventive maintenance and improvement work
Good knowledge of mechanics and troubleshooting
Experience in planning and coordinating resources
Good computer skills
Experience in leading or coordinating employees is a plus
