We are now looking for an experienced oven operator for our night team! Thelins Konditori was founded in the early 1900s and has always been committed to providing the highest quality in raw materials, products, and personal service. The first store opened on Sankt Eriksgatan, Kungsholmen, and today Thelins consists of 20 stores. The core concept remains the same as it was then – a traditional artisan bakery offering everything from everyday bread, classic princess cakes and mazarines to more modern baked goods such as mousse cakes, pralines & croissants. All products are baked in our bakery in Gröndal. Operations run around the clock here so we can bake and deliver the freshest products possible to all our stores. About the job: As an oven operator with us, your main responsibility will be overseeing the baking of our coffee bread in a classic brick oven during the night shifts. Our braided rolls and everyday bread are baked in a stone oven, and you will play an important role there as well in ensuring consistent, high-quality results. The position also includes helping our night bakers with shaping and proofing braided rolls and everyday bread. We are looking for you who Have experience with oven work – this is a requirement. Have good understanding of baking and can assess when bread and coffee bread are fully baked. Are thorough and quality-conscious. Enjoy working at a fast pace and handling large volumes. Are self-motivated, take responsibility, and enjoy working nights. Although we have many retail locations, we are an artisan bakery, and we care deeply about the quality of every product we bake.
