Now we are seeking a Unit Manager for Machine Processing 1 (MB1), where you will have the opportunity to lead an important part of our operations and contribute to our continued development. About the Role As a unit manager, you will have a central role in developing both employees and operations. You will be responsible for one of two production flows within MB1 and will work closely with your management peer through a shared leadership model. You will become part of the leadership group for the forged flow where you together drive development forward with focus on safety, quality, delivery reliability, sustainability, and employee engagement. In the role, you will, among other things: Lead, coach, and develop employees and teams. Create participation, engagement, and a strong safety culture. Ensure that operations reach set targets within quality, delivery, and productivity. Drive improvement work and develop work methods together with the organization. Follow up and work with key metrics, results, and operational development. Ensure that routines, processes, and work methods are followed and developed.
