Our research and development department, located in Hagfors, is the largest in the world within tool steel. We are now seeking engaged and responsible employees for the role of operator in the grinding shop, Press. Here steel blanks are processed and shaped to desired dimensions and forms, which is a central part of the manufacturing process of our high-quality tool steel. Your Role You will be part of a tight-knit shift team that works closely together to achieve common goals. Your responsibilities include cutting, measuring, and marking material according to instructions, as well as operating forklift and gantry crane. You will work five-shift schedules. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a flexible attitude, who enjoys problem-solving and contributes to a positive work environment through collaboration and trust. You should also have a desire to work with continuous improvements and actively contribute to developing our processes and routines. To thrive with us, it is important that you work in line with our values: respect, trust, customer focus, and value creation. We would like to see that you have experience from the steel or manufacturing industry. If you also have a forklift and gantry crane license, that is an asset. A Class B driver's license is a requirement. With us, there are good opportunities for internal development, such as roles like annealer, inspector, controller, or heater.
