Information about the position Our German customer service department now needs reinforcement to continuously provide the absolute best service and always exceed our customers' expectations. We are looking for someone who is driven by working goal-oriented with the customer as the main focus. You are a good communicator and together with our wonderful German team you work in a solution-oriented way to best help our customers. As a Customer Service Agent, you will have the following responsibilities: Assist our Swedish & German customers via phone, email, and social media in German Handling returns and complaints Participate in the work of creating service routines and developing the department We are looking for someone who: - Is a service hero and enjoys customer contact - Has experience from customer service or the service industry (restaurant, retail, newspaper delivery – you know what it takes!) - Is comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems - Is driven by clear goals and likes to achieve them - Is organized and communicative - Has documented experience working remotely and reaching set goals - Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and German - English in speech and writing is a requirement If you also have experience with SAP, consumer purchase law, or GDPR, we'll be even happier! This position is a permanent employment with an initial 6-month probationary period. Work can be scheduled on weekdays and holidays based on organizational needs.
