WORK TASKS The work includes meetings with children, young people and families, where documentation is an important part. We investigate cases with support from the Social Services Act and the Care of Young Persons Act and we work according to the Child's Needs in Focus (BBIC). You will also cooperate between the other teams within IFO-MyA, other authorities and organizations. The work also includes some preventive work. Travel is part of the work. In the Child and Family Team, there is currently scheduled time for reflection and environmental monitoring. As an employee in the Child and Family Team, you are offered an introduction program and mentorship, skills development (Kiruna Municipality participates in the Professional Journey) and external supervision. Start date is by agreement. The temporary position is time-limited and applies until December 31, 2026. QUALIFICATIONS For the position of temporary social worker in the child and family team, a social worker degree or higher education qualification that meets the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations (SOSFS 2014:7) on competence to perform certain tasks in social services child and youth care is required. Experience of similar work is advantageous. We see that you have a holistic approach and the ability to get parts to work together, as well as commitment and development orientation.
