Ekbacka 2 is a care and residential facility located in central Borgholm that is now seeking 2 trained nursing assistants or care attendants. We work in small multidisciplinary teams with our care recipients and in close collaboration with their families. We work to create a safe and meaningful daily life with developmental activities and stimulation.

JOB DUTIES
At Ekbacka 2, you help and support care recipients in their daily lives based on the assignment of the social services caseworker and perform the services granted under the Social Services Act. You work closely and in a multidisciplinary team with colleagues, home care services, municipal rehabilitation, social services caseworkers, and the unit manager.

You must be able to receive and carry out delegated health and medical care tasks. Our guiding principles are safety, respect, and meaningfulness.
QUALIFICATIONS
To work with us, you must be at least 18 years old and have good Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing. We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant or care attendant. It is a merit if you have previously worked in elderly care.
We are looking for someone with a professional attitude and a genuine interest in working with people. You work well both independently and in a team, are curious, take initiative, and see it as a matter of course to contribute to a good work environment. We are looking for someone with good computer skills and experience with administrative tasks.
