Do you want to work close to nature, people, and animals in a small company where no two days are the same? OFELAŠ Icelandic Horses and Guide Service is looking for guides for the winter season. We are a Sámi company where animals, nature, and culture are in focus. We are located in the mountain areas west of Kiruna and mostly host international guests on horseback riding and snowmobile tours. We have guests who visit us for a day or who stay for longer periods. We are looking for you to be part of our team and contribute to both our guests' experiences and a positive work environment. You enjoy varied work where nature, animals, and people are central, and you are not afraid to help out where needed. Horseback Riding Guide Period: November 2026–March 2027 As a horseback riding guide, you will guide riding tours on Icelandic horses and work closely with guests. The position also includes horse and stable care, tour preparation, and other tasks on the farm and in the business. We are looking for you who: - have good horse and riding experience, preferably with Icelandic horses - are social, responsible, and flexible - enjoy working with people and in nature - preferably have experience or training in the horse industry or tourism - have good knowledge of animals and nature - are willing to learn new things Meritorious qualifications: Knowledge of Sámi culture and a snowmobile operator license. Requirements: B driver's license and good English.
