About Us The Instructor Unit is located within the HR department and brings together all of Swedish Customs' instructors in conflict management and driver training. The unit's employees are located at various geographic locations throughout the country but are managed nationally from the HR department. The unit's instructors are responsible for basic and advanced training in conflict management and driver training at Swedish Customs training programs. About the Position As a national instructor in the Instructor Unit, you will lead, together with other national instructors and instructor resources, planned basic and advanced training in conflict management at Swedish Customs. In addition to teaching responsibilities, you are expected to be able to plan, coordinate, and conduct high-quality training. You are also expected to make competency assessments based on nationally established requirements. You should also be able to provide constructive feedback to your course participants. As a national instructor, you are viewed as a national resource where training assignments throughout all of Swedish Customs' geographic regions may occur. Your assignment is primarily carried out within your geographic area. Are You the One We're Looking For? We are looking for someone who has: Completed Swedish Customs' internal instructor training in conflict management or instructor training in police conflict management at the Swedish Police Authority or other training that Swedish Customs deems equivalent. Work experience that the employer considers relevant for the position. Experience as an instructor in conflict management Driver's license, category B It is meritorious if you have: Pedagogical education Work experience from external operational activities (Swedish Customs' Crime Prevention Operations) Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is driven, goal-oriented, has good judgment, and is proactive in order to contribute to and develop operations toward set goals. You should have the ability to manage several different assignments simultaneously as the workload is sometimes high.
