About the position: As a customs administrator at Logent Customs AB, you will work to ensure that our customers' import and export flows are handled correctly and efficiently. You will work with customs clearance, customer contact, and administration in close collaboration with customers, transporters, and customs authorities. We offer a varied position in an operation that is staffed around the clock to provide our customers with the best possible service. Employment type: Full-time Start date: Fall, by agreement. Working hours: The position involves irregular working hours as we offer our customers 24/7 service. Regular operations are staffed: Monday–Friday 06:00–02:00 The workplace is closed between 02:00–06:00 on weekdays. The workplace is closed on weekends. During times when the workplace is closed, an on-call schedule applies, where employees on a rotating basis handle urgent customs matters as needed. Your responsibilities: Prepare and manage import, export, and transit declarations. Ensure that customs handling complies with applicable legislation and regulations. Provide professional service and advice to our customers. Maintain ongoing contact with transporters, authorities, and other partners. Contribute to the development and improvement of our work processes. We are looking for someone who: Requirements: Class B driver's license. Approved upper secondary school grades. Good computer skills and aptitude for learning new systems. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Are thorough, organized, and responsible. Have good customer service skills and enjoy customer contact. Enjoy working in a small, tight-knit team where cooperation, communication, and teamwork are a natural part of daily work. Are able to work irregular hours and participate in our on-call organization. Desirable qualifications: Experience in customs administration. Experience in administrative work within logistics or transport. Experience in customer service or similar service profession.
