Job Description
As a print & transfer worker, you are part of the production flow from planning to delivery. You work closely with colleagues to ensure that each product receives the correct print and finish with a focus on quality in every step.
Your daily tasks will include:
• Applying print and transfer according to established specifications
• Following production schedules and delivery timelines
• Conducting quality inspections and contributing to efficient workflows
• Collaborating with the team for the best results every day
• Potentially supporting with basic warehouse or finishing tasks as needed
Work may occur during both daytime and shift hours.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is thorough, quality-conscious, and enjoys practical work in a fast-paced environment.
You have an eye for detail and understand the importance of executing each step correctly so that the final result meets the highest quality standards.
To succeed in this role, we see that you:
- Have experience with, or an interest in, print and transfer, preferably in textile production
- Work in a structured and responsible manner
- Have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
- Hold a B-class driver's license and have access to a car
- Are thorough and have a strong focus on quality
- Thrive in a production environment with clear procedures and high demands for precision
- Are flexible and can work both daytime and shift hours as needed
- Find it easy to collaborate while also being able to work independently when required
It is an advantage if you have experience with warehouse management, order picking, or other production tasks, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
