Truck Driver - Loading – Paroc Hässleholm
We are now looking for a careful and responsible person for the position of truck driver in the loading department at Paroc in Hässleholm. The recruitment is being conducted in collaboration with Lernia Bemanning.

About the Position
Truck Driver - Loading
As a truck driver, you will operate a forklift in the loading department, and load and unload trucks. You will ensure that work flows smoothly without interruption and that safety procedures and other routines are followed. The role is dynamic and offers varied working days.
In addition to daily work, you actively participate in safety initiatives, improvement projects, and 5S work.
Working hours are daytime, Monday-Friday 07-15:30.
About You
We welcome applications from those with good experience in forklift operation. Forklift certification of at least B1 and experience driving counterbalance forklifts are required. Additionally, you should have experience loading and unloading trucks.
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a B driver's license.
We would like to see that you are highly engaged and driven, efficient, and work well with others. You have a technical interest and are practically minded. There are variations in work pace, so you need to be able to handle these and remain stress-resistant.
We are looking for someone who is organized and responsible, but who also thrives in a dynamic environment where quick decisions sometimes need to be made. You have a keen eye for detail, a natural safety mindset, and a desire to contribute to the team's success.

This is a temporary recruitment position, which means you will start as a temporary employee through Lernia Bemanning. After that, the goal is for you to transition to a permanent position at Paroc.
Start: Immediate, by agreement.
This is a full-time position currently scheduled for daytime hours, Monday-Friday 07-15:30.
