Location: Vara Start: Immediately Assignment Duration: 6-month consulting position with good prospects for extension Work Schedule: 2-shift About the Job We're looking for both truck drivers and CNC operators for our client's operations in Vara. Regardless of which role you're applying for, you'll become an important part of production and contribute to ensuring an efficient, quality-assured, and safe workflow. Truck Driver Responsibilities As a truck driver, you'll work in a warehouse and production environment with a focus on material supply and logistics. Your duties will include: Truck operation in warehouse and production environments Operation of reach trucks and counterweight trucks Material handling and goods movement Loading and unloading of goods Warehouse work and truck-based order management Ensuring order, quality, and safety in daily work CNC Operator Responsibilities As a CNC operator, you'll work with manufacturing and machining of components in a modern production environment. Your duties will include: Operating and monitoring CNC-controlled machines Performing quality inspections and measurements on produced parts Reading and following drawings, instructions, and work descriptions Handling materials and components in production Performing basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Contributing to order, safety, and continuous improvements in production Truck operation when needed What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is responsible, thorough, and comfortable working in a production-focused environment. You have a strong safety mindset, good collaboration skills, and a desire to contribute to business development. For the truck driver position, we see that you have: Truck certification A1-A4 and B1-B4 Experience with truck operation Class B driver's license and access to a vehicle Complete secondary school diploma Good physical capability Fluent Swedish, spoken and written For the CNC operator position, we see that you have: Complete secondary school diploma Experience working in industry or production Truck certification A2 Class B driver's license and access to a vehicle Fluent Swedish, spoken and written Background Check Information In accordance with our client's requirements, this recruitment includes a background check of criminal and restraint records as part of the employment process.
