About the Client Company Do you enjoy hands-on work where you get to work with machines and technology? Are you curious, solution-oriented, and like learning new things? Then this could be the job for you. We are now recruiting a team member for our client just outside Borås. Here you'll become part of the production team where you'll work with machines, contribute to smooth production flow, and develop alongside experienced colleagues. Job Responsibilities In this role, you'll work close to production and be responsible for ensuring that machines and equipment function as they should. You'll have a varied workday where both attention to detail and technical interest will be valuable. Your job duties may include: • Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machinery. • Adjusting machines and addressing minor operational issues. • Checking quality and performing measurements. • Restocking materials and documenting production. • Contributing to order and organization at the workplace. Work Schedule: 2-shift work, full-time 100%. Work Location: Just outside Borås. Start Date: By agreement. Background and Personal Qualities We don't care about fancy titles—what matters is that you're handy, careful, and enjoy working both independently and with others. We consider the following important for the role: Requirements: • Experience with tools and machines • Swedish, spoken and written • Valid driver's license Desirable Qualifications: • Experience from a workshop, vehicles, agricultural machinery, or maintenance • You've been tinkering since childhood—at home, in the garage, or on the job • Can read drawings and handle measurement instruments We're looking for someone who thrives when things happen, takes responsibility for what they do, and makes sure the job gets done properly. You have an eye for detail, like keeping things organized, and can handle both teamwork and working independently when needed. Creating a good atmosphere is important here!
