Then this could be the job for you. We are now looking for an employee for our client just outside Borås. Here you will become part of the production team where you get to work with machines, contribute to a smooth production flow, and develop alongside experienced colleagues. Job Responsibilities In this role, you work closely with production and are responsible for ensuring that machines and equipment function as they should. You'll have a varied workday where both precision and technical interest come in handy. Your responsibilities may include: • Operating, monitoring, and setting up production machines. • Adjusting machines and addressing minor operational issues. • Checking quality and performing measurements. • Restocking materials and documenting production. • Contributing to order and cleanliness in the workplace. Work Schedule: 2-shift, full-time 100%. Work Location: Just outside Borås. Start Date: By agreement. Background and Personal Qualities We don't care about fancy titles—what matters is that you're handy, thorough, and enjoy working both independently and with others. Here's what we consider important for the role: Requirements: • Experience with tools and machines • Swedish in speech and writing • Driver's license Meritorious: • Experience from workshops, vehicles, agricultural machinery, or maintenance • You've been tinkering since childhood, at home, in the garage, or on the job • Can read drawings and handle measuring instruments We're looking for someone who thrives when things happen, takes responsibility for what you do, and makes sure the job gets done properly.
