About the Client Company Do you enjoy practical work where you get to work with machines and technology? Are you curious, solution-oriented, and like to learn new things? Then this could be the job for you. We are now looking for a team member for our client just outside Borås. Here you will become part of the production team where you get to work with machines, contribute to a smooth production flow, and develop alongside experienced colleagues. Job Responsibilities In this role, you work close to production and are responsible for ensuring that machines and equipment function as they should. You'll have a varied workday where both precision and technical interest come in handy. Your responsibilities may include: • Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machinery. • Adjusting machines and addressing minor operational issues. • Controlling quality and performing measurements. • Restocking materials and documenting production. • Contributing to order and cleanliness in the workplace. Working Hours: 2-shift operation, full-time 100%. Work Location: Just outside Borås. Start Date: By agreement. Background and Personal Qualities We don't care about fancy titles—what matters is that you're handy, thorough, and enjoy working both independently and with others. Here's what we consider important for the role: Requirements: • Experience with tools and machines • Swedish language skills, both spoken and written • Valid driver's license Meritorious: • Experience from workshops, vehicles, agricultural machinery, or maintenance • You've been tinkering since childhood, at home, in the garage, or at work • Can read technical drawings and handle measuring instruments We're looking for someone who thrives when things are happening, takes responsibility for what you do, and makes sure the job gets done properly.
