Then this could be the job for you. We are now seeking an employee for our client just outside Borås. Here you will become part of the production team where you'll work with machines, contribute to a smooth production flow, and develop alongside experienced colleagues. Job Responsibilities In this role, you will work closely with production and be responsible for ensuring that machines and equipment function properly. You'll have a varied workday where both precision and technical interest are valuable. Your responsibilities may include: • Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machines. • Adjusting machines and troubleshooting minor operational issues. • Checking quality and performing measurements. • Restocking materials and documenting production. • Contributing to order and cleanliness in the workplace. Work Schedule: 2-shift, full-time 100%. Work Location: Just outside Borås. Start Date: By agreement. Background and Personal Qualities We don't care about fancy titles—what matters is that you're handy, thorough, and enjoy working both independently and with others. We consider the following important for this role: Requirements: • Experience with tools and machines • Swedish language proficiency (spoken and written) • Valid driver's license Meritorious: • Experience in workshops, automotive, agricultural machinery, or maintenance • You've been tinkering since childhood—at home, in the garage, or on the job • Can read technical drawings and operate measuring instruments We're looking for someone who thrives when things are happening, takes responsibility for their work, and ensures the job is done properly.
