DSV Haulage AB (DSV Åkeri) is a fully owned subsidiary of DSV Road. We operate at 21 locations across the country and transport 8 million packages and shipments annually. Our operations consist of pickup, distribution, and long-haul transport within DSV's domestic network for goods and packages as well as temperature-controlled goods.
DSV Haulage has approximately 1,100 vehicle units and 1,100 employees across the country.

As a Transport Manager, you have a central role in daily operations. You lead and plan work together with our foremen and drivers and work closely with colleagues to make traffic, staffing, and capacity utilization function as efficiently as possible.
You get a central role where you combine leadership with planning, problem-solving, and business development. You thrive with change, enjoy making decisions, and are motivated by finding smart solutions and driving the business forward.
As a leader, you are present and engaged. You enjoy lifting, motivating, and developing people and see the value in building a strong team where foremen, drivers, and colleagues work together toward the same goal.
We would like to see that you have:
At least one year of experience in a leadership role.
Class B driver's license.
Good knowledge of Word and Excel.
Good Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
