Do you have experience in transport administration, order management, or logistics operations? Would you like to work in an operations-focused role where you can combine administration, pricing, and coordination of transports? We are now seeking a Transport Administrator for an exciting consulting assignment with a growing company in the transport and construction industry in Vallentuna. Start: September 2026 Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week Assignment length: Initially 6 months with possibility for extension Location: Vallentuna (on-site work) Become a key person in the transport flow As a Transport Administrator, you will work at the heart of the operation and ensure that transport orders are handled correctly from order to invoicing. You will be responsible for: Administer and follow up on transport orders in the business system Ensure that orders are priced according to applicable agreements, price lists, and project agreements Review order documentation and quality assure information prior to invoicing Clear completed assignments Verify that transport data, times, and services performed are correct Coordinate information between customers, transport management, and internal functions Contribute to efficient administrative routines and transport flows You will work in the business system Mobilast and collaborate closely with the company's transport manager and other administrative functions. Do you have the experience we are looking for? We are looking for someone with experience from the transport, logistics, or construction industry who enjoys working in an administrative role where structure and accuracy are essential. To succeed in the role, we would like you to have: Experience in administration within transport, logistics, or related operations Understanding of transport flows, order management, and pricing Experience with invoicing documentation and administrative follow-up Good system skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is an advantage if you have previously worked with transport management systems or business systems within the transport industry.
