Then we're looking for you for the position of Transport Coordinator at a global industrial company! As a transport coordinator, you will become a key person within the transport organization with responsibility for coordinating and following up transports via both road and sea transport. You will be the main contact for a large production facility and handle transport solutions for the Nordic market and short sea shipping to and from Europe. About the position You will be part of an international manufacturing operation where logistics plays a crucial role in ensuring deliveries to customers across Europe. The role offers broad contact surfaces and the opportunity to work with complex transport flows in both road and sea transport. Your responsibilities Coordinate and follow up daily transport flows. Handle deviations and ensure quick solutions in case of transport disruptions. Book transports and follow up deliveries together with transport operators. Handle urgent transport needs and express deliveries. Ensure correct transport documentation and customs handling. Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders such as sales organization and production, as well as external partners and transport providers. Establish and activate contingency plans in case of disruptions in the logistics chain. Continuously work with monitoring, reporting, and improvement of transport flows. We are looking for you who Have 2 to 5 years of experience in transport, logistics, supply chain, or similar field. Speak and write Swedish and English fluently. Have good system skills and very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package. Have experience with reporting and analysis tools, such as Power BI. Enjoy collaborating with many different contact points, both internally and externally. Are structured, solution-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize at a fast pace.
