As a Training & Learning Specialist, you are Fitness24Seven's expert on training, training content, and learning. The role ensures that the company's training programs, concepts, and educational initiatives maintain high quality and are grounded in solid exercise physiology. Practical Information Employment: Temporary position with desired start date September 1, 2026 through July 1, 2027. Location: Gothenburg Office (100% on-site, no remote work from home option) What Does the Job Involve? Your Main Focus (approximately 70%) Develop and quality-assure training content and take responsibility for group training concepts from idea and launch to management Identify trends, especially in strength training, and translate them into commercially strong solutions Produce and participate in training content (video, images, and text) and represent the company's training expertise Responsible for training programs for instructors, PT consultants, and internal staff Deliver lectures and workshops on training and health, internally and externally Drive cross-functional projects related to training and health Package and communicate training concepts with a clear commercial perspective Operational Support in Western Region (30%) Develop and manage the PT consultant model, including recruitment as needed, onboarding, and quality follow-up Ensure implementation of new concepts at our gyms Serve as a resource for group training matters and represent the department locally Who We Believe You Are You are a specialist in training with deep and broad expertise in exercise science, anatomy, and physiology. You are confident in assessing, developing, and quality-assuring training content at a high level with credibility that makes others rely on your expertise.
