Training Coordinator – Consulting Assignment in Gothenburg

We are looking for a Training Coordinator for a consulting assignment with our client in Gothenburg. About the Assignment You will become part of the client's Training Team during an intensive period and contribute to delivering several important training initiatives with high quality and on schedule. Your Main Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and follow up on a major international training event. Support the rollout of a certification program. Develop and quality assure training materials for an upcoming product launch. Contribute to the development of compliance training. Provide administrative and operational support and follow up on activities, milestones, and deliverables. We Are Looking for Someone With Experience in training administration and development of learning content. Strong experience with project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication. Experience from a global and cross-functional organization. Very strong English, both spoken and written. Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and with multiple parallel workflows. Experience in event planning, training activities, or the automotive industry is a plus. Practical Information Assignment Type: Consulting Assignment Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week Location: Gothenburg. Attendance is required at certain meetings and travel may occur in connection with training events. Start: September 16, 2026, or by agreement Duration: Approximately three months NOTE!
