About our trainee program We offer a two-year trainee program for you who want to become a skilled IT technician and build a long-term career. The program gives you: Practical mentoring from experienced colleagues. Training and education in an IT technical environment with varied assignments. A secure start in your role as a technician, with the opportunity to grow at your own pace. As a trainee, you'll be part of a small team of 3–4 people in our technical department, which consists of 20 employees in total. You'll gradually take on more responsibility and have the chance to participate in exciting projects while developing your technical skills. Are you the one we're looking for? We're looking for someone who: Has a strong interest in IT and problem-solving. Has either an educational background in IT (university, vocational school, or similar) or practical IT knowledge from work or personal projects. Is positive, curious, and wants to develop into an independent technician. Enjoys teamwork and is passionate about delivering world-class customer service. Become part of our future!
