We are now hiring a Trailer Mechanic for TIP Group in Helsingborg! As TIP Group continues to grow in Sweden, we are now seeking an experienced trailer mechanic for our operation in Helsingborg. About the Position As a trailer mechanic at TIP Group, you will be an important part of the workshop team and will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing trailers and other transportation equipment. The role is varied and combines traditional mechanical work with modern troubleshooting and computer-based diagnostics. You will work in a dynamic environment where problem-solving, quality, and customer service are in focus. Your responsibilities will include: Repair and maintenance of trailers Preparation of trailers for inspection Troubleshooting and programming of electronic systems such as EBS and ABS Repair of insurance claims Tire changes Hydraulic work Welding and sheet metal work Documentation and diagnostics via computer Possible participation in service vehicle operations for handling breakdowns and urgent customer matters About You To succeed in this role, TIP Group is looking for someone with solid experience working on heavy vehicles. You have strong technical interests, work systematically, and enjoy solving technical problems in your daily work. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience working with heavy vehicles Highly desirable: Experience working specifically with trailers Strong knowledge of mechanics and troubleshooting Basic IT skills and experience using computers in your work Category B driver's license is required Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Desirable: Category CE driver's license Good English language skills As a person, you are responsible, thorough, and service-oriented.
