We are now hiring a Trailer Mechanic for TIP Group in Gothenburg! As TIP Group continues to grow in Sweden, we are now seeking an experienced trailer mechanic for our Gothenburg facility. About the Role As a trailer mechanic at TIP Group, you will be a key part of the workshop team, responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing trailers and other transport equipment. The role is varied and combines traditional mechanical work with modern troubleshooting and computer diagnostics. Work is performed in a dynamic environment where problem-solving, quality and customer service are in focus. Key responsibilities include: Repair and maintenance of trailers Preparation of trailers for technical inspections Troubleshooting and programming of electronic systems such as EBS and ABS Repair of insurance damage Tire changes Hydraulic work Welding and sheet metal work Documentation and diagnostics via computer Possible participation in mobile service operations to handle breakdowns and urgent customer issues About You TIP Group seeks a person with solid experience working on heavy vehicles. You have a strong technical interest, work in a structured manner and enjoy solving technical problems on a daily basis. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience working with heavy vehicles Highly desirable: specific experience working with trailers Strong knowledge of mechanics and troubleshooting Basic IT skills and experience using computers at work Class B driver's license is required Excellent Swedish language skills, both written and spoken Desirable: Class CE driver's license Good English language skills As a person, you are responsible, detail-oriented and service-minded.
