We are now looking for a Trailer Mechanic at TIP Group in Gothenburg! As TIP Group continues to grow in Sweden, we are now seeking an experienced trailer mechanic for our operations in Gothenburg. About the Position As a trailer mechanic at TIP Group, you will be an important part of the workshop team and will be responsible for service, maintenance and repair of trailers and other transport equipment. The role is varied and combines traditional mechanical work with modern troubleshooting and diagnostics via computer. The work is performed in a dynamic environment where problem-solving, quality and customer service are in focus. Your responsibilities will include: Repair and maintenance of trailers Preparing trailers for safety inspections Troubleshooting and programming of electronic systems such as EBS and ABS Repair of insurance damage claims Tire changes Hydraulic work Welding and sheet metal work Documentation and diagnostics via computer Possible participation in mobile service operations for handling breakdowns and urgent customer issues We Are Looking For To succeed in this role, TIP Group is seeking a person with solid experience in mechanical work on heavy vehicles. You have a strong technical interest, work in a structured manner and enjoy solving technical problems in your daily work. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience working with heavy vehicles Highly advantageous to have specific experience with trailers Strong knowledge of mechanics and troubleshooting Basic IT skills and familiarity with using computers at work B-class driver's license is required Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written Meritorious: CE-class driver's license Good knowledge of English As a person, you are responsible, thorough and service-oriented.
