In this role, you will be an important part of the traffic department, where you together are responsible for ensuring that transports, deliveries, and customer matters are handled smoothly and efficiently. You will play a central role in daily operations and work in a flexible and dynamic environment, where your primary focus is to provide customers with the best possible service. In this role, you will be in contact with corporate customers and provide them with support regarding deliveries, goods, and transport status. This means you need to be able to quickly retrieve information and provide clear answers. During a typical workday, a large number of emails are handled, which requires both structure and good prioritization skills. The assignment starts immediately and working hours are regular office hours, Monday to Friday 08.00–17.00. The position is a consultant employment through us at StudentConsulting, which means you will be employed by us but work for our client, who has offices in Östra Hamnen in Malmö. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You have experience from the service sector and/or coordinating roles. You are comfortable with administrative tasks. You are fluent in Swedish and English. It is advantageous if you also speak German. If you have work experience from a similar profession, or education in a relevant field, this is highly advantageous. As a person, we are looking for someone who is positive, curious, and service-oriented. You have professional conduct towards customers and a solution-oriented approach to work.
