We are now seeking two committed temporary coordinators who want to become part of our team. Job Responsibilities The role of Traffic Coordinator involves coordinating traffic for one or more operational areas within the Allocations business unit. You work with planning of the area's services and are responsible for ensuring that assignments and traffic coordination are carried out cost-effectively and in accordance with agreements with the municipalities. You also work to improve delivery precision and report any quality deficiencies. You work closely with environmental workers, operations managers, team leaders, and our owner municipalities to achieve optimal planning as well as logistically and commercially efficient operations. You provide support to both management and environmental workers regarding the execution of assignments and are an active participant in proposing and implementing improvements and changes to continuously increase quality. Your responsibilities also include administrative tasks and daily monitoring of reported assignments to ensure correct reporting and efficient working methods. Working hours may vary on weekdays between 06:00-16:00. Qualifications Upper secondary education Good IT skills and proficiency with the Office suite Good Swedish in speech and writing Meritorious: Education in logistics and transportation management or equivalent Experience working as a traffic coordinator or in customer service The role involves many points of contact, both internally at Renova and externally with our owner municipalities. Therefore, we are looking for someone with very good communication and collaboration skills, who is unpretentious, attentive, and has a positive demeanor. Self-confidence is important, as is the ability to make and communicate decisions clearly.
