You are responsible for the entire chain—from initial contact through completion and follow-up of the transport. The role combines traffic management with a clear buying and selling perspective. You maintain ongoing dialogue with carriers, set prices, and sell the solution to the customer. The workday is varied and fast-paced, with multiple parallel matters that require prioritization and quick decisions. Your responsibilities include: - Receive and process transport requests from customers - Ensure the right transport solution through dialogue with carriers and suppliers - Price and sell transport orders to customers - Register bookings and follow up on transports and deliveries - Handle adjustments, changes, and questions during transport 🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities - Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Good computer skills and ability to work in business systems - Merits: Experience in transport, logistics, or traffic management - Merits: Experience with customer contact You thrive in a role where you have personal responsibility and decisions need to be made on the spot.
