💼 Responsibilities
In this role, you work operationally with traffic management for international parcel goods, where you help ensure that transports are carried out smoothly and efficiently between different countries. The business is being built up, which means you'll be part of a dynamic environment where working methods and structure are progressively shaped. The role is therefore both broad and changeable, with the opportunity to influence and develop the work over time.
You are responsible for, among other things, planning and coordinating shipments and ensuring that goods are collected according to plan. The work involves daily contact with partner countries and internal functions, including domestic traffic, where you work together with colleagues to ensure that the entire transport flow functions from start to finish. A large part of the role also consists of administrative work, such as deviation management, delivery tracking, and goods tracing.
The pace is sometimes high and tasks vary, which requires you to be able to prioritize and make decisions in a changing flow. The role is adapted to your experience – you can start with parts of the process and gradually take greater responsibility as you develop in the role.
🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
Experience in administrative or customer-oriented work
Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Good computer and system skills
Meritorious:
Experience working in freight forwarding or transport
Post-secondary education in logistics or freight forwarding
Previous work in an international environment
