Traffic Instructor at West Sweden's largest driving practice facility Do you want to provide risk training to tomorrow's drivers at Gothenburg's only genuine slippery surface track? Do you also want to guide companies toward a safer driving day? We now need reinforcement at Stora Holm! We are a fantastic team of knowledgeable and dedicated traffic instructors who together train approximately 10,000 people annually in risk level 1 and risk level 2 for both cars and motorcycles. We also provide advanced training to companies, organizations, and government agencies in precision driving, eco-driving, and safe driving behavior. We have several recurring customers who conduct traffic safety training and skid driving courses with us. In addition, we rent out our large, excellent facilities for various events and test drives. There's simply always something happening here! Working as a Traffic Instructor with us In your role as a traffic instructor, you will work with risk training for driving license students and advanced training for companies and government agencies. The position also includes work with vehicle and facility maintenance. At Stora Holm Driving Practice Facility, we have two large tracks where we conduct risk training, a unique insight hall with crash sleds and rollover simulators, and several excellent theory rooms. Who we are looking for We are looking for someone who is a trained traffic instructor, preferably with several years of experience. Authorization to conduct risk training and other expertise in traffic safety is a merit. If you hold a driver's license with category C or D authorization, that is also a merit. You enjoy and are accustomed to speaking to groups. You are solution-oriented and readily contribute new ideas. You have the ability to collaborate, are flexible, and professional in meeting both customer and operational needs. You thrive in a sometimes fast-paced environment. We work according to a schedule with varying work hours. Work is primarily during daytime, but weekend and evening work occurs. Salary according to collective agreement and start date by arrangement.
