We are looking for a dedicated and pedagogical traffic instructor! Are you a traffic instructor who is passionate about educating future drivers? About Us Albertsons Trafikskola in Nyköping is a well-established and respected traffic school that has educated several generations of license seekers in Nyköping and surrounding areas. Today we are 3 traffic instructors and a receptionist who educate and support future license seekers. We currently offer training in the categories AM, B, B96 & BE. Albertsons is part of On Via. On Via is one of Sweden's leading actors in traffic education with over 40 training locations throughout Sweden. About the Role As a traffic instructor with us, you will: Plan and conduct driving lessons for students with different backgrounds and needs. Support and motivate students on their journey towards obtaining their license. Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate with colleagues to develop our business. We are Looking for You: Hold a valid traffic instructor certification and are approved by Transportstyrelsen (Swedish Transport Agency). Have a pedagogical and flexible approach. Are responsible and have a genuine interest in helping others develop. Have good communication skills and enjoy meeting different types of people. Speak Swedish fluently, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus). Are or want to become a traffic instructor for the AM category.
