About the Role As a driving instructor with us, you will: · Plan and conduct driving lessons for students with different backgrounds and needs. · Support and motivate students on their journey toward their driver's license. · Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate with colleagues to develop our operations. · Possibly assist with driving instructor training. · Possibly conduct theory lessons and risk education. We are Looking for You If You: · Have a valid driving instructor qualification and are approved by Transportstyrelsen. · Have a pedagogical and flexible approach. · Are responsible and have a genuine interest in helping others develop. · Have good communication skills and enjoy meeting different types of people. · If you are an approved AM instructor or interested in becoming one, that is a merit. · Are proficient in Swedish, spoken and written (additional languages are a merit).
