You will be based at Nils Ericson Terminalen in Gothenburg or Gullbergsavass and will work around the clock in 3-shift rotation. We welcome your application! Work Location: Gothenburg, Nils Ericson Terminal or Gullbergsavass Employment Type: Part-time as needed, weekdays and weekends. Working Hours: 3-shift rotation, morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Job Responsibilities: In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop within three different operational areas. You will start in one department and gradually learn the others, providing a varied workday and broad expertise in traffic management and traffic information. Your work tasks may include: Coordinating bus traffic to and from Nils Ericson Terminalen and Åkareplatsen. Managing communication with bus drivers, traffic managers, and other partners. Informing travelers through signage, announcements, and digital channels. Monitoring traffic conditions and handling disruptions and alternative routes. Documenting and following up on traffic-related incidents. Collaborating with traffic companies, authorities, and internal functions. Participating in development and improvement work. Onboarding and supporting new colleagues. Participating in crisis and disruption management as needed. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who works in a structured and communicative manner and can remain calm even when the pace is high. You have a service-oriented and solution-focused approach and meet both colleagues and travelers with professional conduct. You also take responsibility for your tasks, show initiative, and manage yourself in a secure and efficient way in your daily work. We're looking for someone with: At least upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on logistics or administration Another primary occupation of at least 50%, such as studies, part-time work, retirement, etc. Class B driver's license Strong computer skills, preferably experience with Office 365 Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Ability to work in a structured, communicative, and calm manner even under high pressure A service-oriented and solution-focused work approach Ability to take responsibility and manage yourself in your work Merits: Experience from public transportation, transport, or other operational activities Background Check Information In accordance with our customers' requirements, a background check in the criminal and police register will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
