Traffic Administrator We are now seeking several Traffic Administrators for our client within transport and logistics. About the Role As a Traffic Administrator, you are responsible for administration and coordination of transports. You work with registering bookings and managing transport-related documentation, while ensuring that information to customers and terminals is communicated correctly and on time. The work includes handling import and export documents, notifications to customers and agents, follow-up on discrepancies and delays, and administrative follow-up related to transports. You will have ongoing contact with both Swedish and international terminals and function as important support to the traffic department in daily operations. The role also includes customs administration, e-filing, credit checks, handling loading and unloading lists, and preparation of transport documents such as IOD and POD. Experience and Qualifications Experience in administration, logistics or transport Thorough, organized and solution-oriented Thrives at a fast pace and with multiple points of contact Good system skills Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written The client has an initial need for several people and sees a long-term and recurring need within the function, which creates good opportunities for both development and continuity.
