JOB DUTIES Do you want to work with plants, people, and sustainability? Lerum Municipality is now seeking a driven and self-reliant horticulturist for the Plant Rooms in Lerum! As a horticulturist, you have overall responsibility for Lerum's twelve Plant Rooms along the Säveån. You combine practical gardening work with planning, maintenance plans, and contacts with designers, companies, and suppliers. Some working hours are scheduled for evenings and weekends. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with: - Relevant horticultural education or equivalent experience - Experience in gardening work and plant care - Good plant knowledge - Ability to work independently and in a structured manner - Good collaboration and communication skills - Experience leading and mentoring others - B driver's license. Meritorious are experience with, for example, garden design or public plantings. You will also manage around 30 volunteers during the season.
