If you answered yes to these questions, you probably fit in with us. LKF is seeking a landscape manager LKF's outdoor environments are an important part of our residential areas. They affect how our areas are perceived, but also issues such as safety, sustainability and how we use our resources over time. As our portfolio grows, so does the need to work more long-term, with greater consensus on how we plan and maintain our outdoor environments and with the right specialist expertise in place. We are now seeking a landscape manager with an overarching mission to contribute knowledge, support and guidance on matters concerning LKF's outdoor environments. The role will work strategically and in an advisory capacity with a focus on quality, sustainability and long-term planning and contribute to increased consensus and a more unified working approach throughout the organization. The landscape manager has no personnel, operational or net operations responsibility. Priorities, resource allocation and work orders within maintenance are handled by the responsible maintenance manager. Main responsibilities: Plans and carries out quality monitoring of green space maintenance (site visits, quality rounds, spot checks) in our residential areas. Assesses completed maintenance against established maintenance plans, instructions and quality levels. Documents deviations, observations and improvement areas and prepares recommended actions and supporting materials. Manages and develops governing documents in the area (maintenance plans, instructions, quality requirements) in collaboration with relevant functions. Provides specialist support on matters concerning plant materials, maintenance principles and long-term quality in outdoor environments. Responsible for developing, managing and following up a tree plan to support long-term and sustainable development of the tree population. Inventories, investigates and implements ecosystem services to contribute to long-term sustainable development and management of our green spaces and to strengthen biodiversity, strengthen residential areas' climate preparedness including stormwater management in line with our long-term sustainability and water strategy. Who are you? To thrive and succeed in the role of landscape manager, you are as a person structured, solution-oriented and communicative in a pedagogical and clear manner. You are accustomed to communicating with colleagues throughout the organization and understand the value of good relationships and follow-up. In your work, you are organized and business-mindedness is a given for you. You have post-secondary education in gardening/outdoor environments/landscape. In terms of experience, you have several years of professional experience in green space maintenance/outdoor environments, preferably in residential areas or similar environments. You have very good plant knowledge and have knowledge of seasonal care, establishment and maintenance principles. You have good experience with quality monitoring, documentation, work with maintenance plans/instructions, review of documentation in new construction and real estate projects as well as quality monitoring of these projects. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of the Office package and good experience with IT-based systems as well as in the Swedish language both spoken and written.
