Position: Seasonal employee for premium gardening company in Mälardalen Hi! My name is Emanuel Åstrand, and I'm 19 years old. For the past 3 years, I've been running a gardening company across Mälardalen based out of Eskilstuna. Business is growing and I now need a second seasonal employee through October 7th who can start immediately. The work will be 80% hands-on and 20% creative/marketing plus taking responsibility for planning. Next year there are good opportunities for continued employment if you're willing to commit to this short period now. If you're skilled in gardening, landscaping, and site preparation, that's great. Retired gardener? Young but incredibly driven? Want to learn? Then this position might be right for you. We negotiate salary individually. Since the company is in a growth phase, we don't have perfect solutions for everything, but we improvise. Equipment, facilities, and a pickup truck as a company vehicle will come with time. The company is growing at a solid pace, so today's improvised solutions might be gone in a few months. The position is broad. Very heavy physical work, and sales.
