We are now seeking a support assistant for Group Home Trappan, an LSS activity in Töreboda Municipality where participation, security, and quality of life are at the center. We work based on each individual's conditions and with a focus on self-determination, influence, and a meaningful daily life. In the activity, support assistants, a support educator, and a unit manager work together. We also collaborate closely with an occupational therapist, nurse, and physiotherapist to provide the residents with individually adapted support. Participating in the activity's quality and development work. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Education from a healthcare and care program or equivalent education Experience working within LSS or with this target group Good communication skills and ability to create a sense of security A professional approach where the user is always in focus Personal suitability is very important. You are responsible, structured, flexible, and have initiative. You have a calm and secure personality and high social competence. B-class driver's license required. As a Support Assistant within LSS, you can expect a salary between 29,000–33,000 kr depending on experience and competence; individual salary setting applies.
