This is a central function in the business where you work closely with both customers and interpreters, handling everything from scheduled assignments to urgent changes. Responsibilities Book and coordinate interpreter assignments Maintain daily contact with customers and interpreters via phone and email Handle changes, rebookings, and urgent matters Ensure quality in assignment delivery Work in the booking system and follow up on assignments About Linguacom Linguacom is part of Skandinavisk Kommunikation AB and provides interpretation services to the public sector, educational institutions, and labor market initiatives throughout Sweden.
