WeMind is seeking part-time nurses for the psychosis clinic in Gröndal Are you a licensed nurse interested in meaningful work with patients who have psychotic disorders? One of our nurses will be studying in September, so we are looking for nurse(s) who can work extra hours with us. Working as a nurse at a psychiatric clinic As a nurse, you will be part of our multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, psychiatric specialists, nursing assistants, case managers, psychologists, social workers, and occupational therapists. Each team member contributes unique expertise. We place great emphasis on evidence-based treatment. Your responsibilities include medication administration and monitoring of medication treatment, patient wellbeing, health, annual check-ups, and coordinating patient care. Medication management is an important part of the work, and our medication clinic is open three days a week and staffed by a nurse. Medication administration can also take place at the patient's home or residence. Home visits are always conducted with a colleague. Your main responsibilities - Medication administration - Monitoring of medication treatment - Psychiatric assessments and follow-ups - Documentation in TakeCare Your new workplace Our clinic is a psychiatric outpatient clinic for patients with psychotic disorders, including assessment of newly diagnosed psychotic illness. We also have a neurodevelopmental team and accept patients with diagnosed autism and low functional levels.
